​Victoria “Vicky” Manning grew up in the beautiful Shenandoah County of Virginia where she was taught about hard work and the importance of family and faith.  After high school she moved to Virginia Beach where she married her husband Scott and raised two sons. The military has been a big part of her life, being the spouse of a retired Navy Captain of 30 years. Vicky loves her Virginia Beach community where she has served two terms on the Virginia Beach School Board. She has also been active in many local organizations including her church, local wrestling club, Boy Scouts and is a founding member of Students First VA and the School Board Member Alliance. Vicky loves endurance sports, having completed seven marathons, an ultramarathon, half-Ironman, and numerous other races. She has held careers in the insurance and real estate industries, but her most important job has been to raise two wonderful, amazing sons. Vicky holds a bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and a master’s degree in law from Regent University.
